北陸数論セミナー

このセミナーは、北陸地方の数論研究者を中心に月２回程度の割合で開催されています。場所は交通の便を考え、主に金沢大学サテライトプラザで行っています。発表内容は、オリジナルな結果・論文の紹介・問題提起等数論に関係あることなら何でもありの気楽なセミナーを目指しています。講演を御希望の方は

Higher regulators, periods and special values of the degree 4
L-function of GSp(4)

概要 In the classical case of the zeta function of a number field, the special value is given, up to a rational number, by the determinant of the regulator mapping the units of the number field in an euclidean space.
Beilinson's conjectures generalize this formula to the case of the L-function of any pure motive. In our talk, we will present some results towards Beilinson's conjecture for the degree 4 L-function associated to a cuspidal automorphic representation of the symplectic group in four variables GSp(4).
